We collect information you provide directly when you apply to join Uniproid, fill out our contact form, or communicate with us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, profession, industry, and any details you share during onboarding. When you create a Uniproid profile, we collect professional information including your designation, biography, services, portfolio items, company details, and other content you choose to publish. When you post a Need or Offer, we collect the post content, selected industry, budget, location, and any attached documents. We also automatically collect certain technical information when you use our platform — such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage data — through standard web analytics tools.

We use the information we collect to: • Create and manage your verified professional profile and company page • Match your posted Needs and Offers with relevant members in your industry • Send industry-based opportunity notifications to relevant members • Facilitate proposals, enquiries, conversations, and deal tracking between members • Process Pulse credit purchases and maintain your transaction history • Send you platform updates, activity notifications, and support communications • Verify your professional credentials and identity before approval • Improve platform features and user experience • Comply with legal obligations We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Uniproid profile is visible to other approved members. This is core to the platform's purpose of connecting you with relevant business opportunities. Your private contact details (phone number, WhatsApp) are only visible to members you are connected with — never to the general directory. Opportunity posts (Needs and Offers) are visible to all approved members. When you post in a specific industry, members in that industry receive a notification. Attached PDFs on posts are stored securely and deleted when a post is closed or awarded (after 30 days).

We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform — such as cloud infrastructure (AWS S3 for file storage), payment processors (Razorpay and Stripe), and analytics services. These parties are bound by confidentiality agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Uniproid, our members, or others.

All payment transactions on Uniproid are processed by: • Razorpay (India) — PCI-DSS compliant, accepts UPI, Cards, Net Banking • Stripe (International) — PCI-DSS compliant, accepts all major cards We do not store your full card details, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. We retain limited transaction records (transaction ID, amount, date, Pulse pack purchased) to comply with legal obligations and to resolve billing disputes. These records are stored securely and are not shared with any third party except as required by law or for dispute resolution with the payment gateway. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us at support@uniproid.com with your transaction ID within 7 days.

Your Pulse balance and transaction history are stored on our servers and linked to your account. This includes: • Welcome bonus grants and expiry records • Monthly free Pulse grants • Pulse purchases (pack ID, amount, gateway reference) • Pulse spent on proposals and enquiries • Referral bonus records This data is retained as long as your account is active and for 3 years after deletion to satisfy legal obligations.

We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently remove your profile, posts, conversations, and Pulse history within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Closed or awarded opportunity posts are automatically deleted 30 days after closing. Post-attached PDFs are deleted from AWS S3 at the same time. Closed chat rooms are deleted 30 days after closure. You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@uniproid.com.

You have the right to: • Access the personal information we hold about you • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data • Request deletion of your personal data • Withdraw consent for marketing communications • Export your profile data in a portable format To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@uniproid.com. We will respond within 14 business days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, AWS S3 secure file storage, and regular security reviews. While no system is completely secure, we are committed to protecting your data and will notify you promptly of any breach that affects your personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Uniproid after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
