By accessing or using the Uniproid platform, website, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use Uniproid. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Uniproid (operated by UnitechnoStack), registered in Gujarat, India.

Uniproid is a subscription-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform providing verified professional identity tools, business CRM, lead management, and a curated professional network. Our services include: • Verified professional profiles and identity badges • Business CRM and lead management dashboard • Profile analytics and performance insights • Professional networking and connection management • Direct messaging between verified members • Portfolio and services showcase • Client testimonials and reviews • Professional content feed and knowledge sharing • Membership management and subscription billing Uniproid is a software product — not a social network or user-generated content platform. All members are manually verified professionals. Features and services may be updated at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Uniproid membership is available to verified professionals only. To join, you must: • Be a real, identifiable professional in your stated field • Provide accurate information during the application process • Meet our verification and KYC standards • Agree to maintain professional standards of conduct on the platform • Be at least 18 years of age • Possess a valid Indian bank account or accepted payment method for billing We reserve the right to decline or revoke membership at our discretion, including for misrepresentation, misconduct, or violation of these terms. Membership is non-transferable.

Uniproid offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) with monthly and annual billing options. Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page at uniproid.com/pricing. • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. • Annual plans are billed upfront in full and offer a discounted rate versus monthly billing. • Monthly plans are billed on the same calendar date each month from the date of activation. • You will receive an email invoice for every billing transaction. • Pricing may change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorise Uniproid to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle. • Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Razorpay-supported wallets. • Payments are non-reversible once processed, except as described in our Refund Policy. • If your payment fails, we will retry once within 3 days. Continued failure may result in temporary suspension of your account. • You are responsible for any bank charges, taxes, or levies applicable to your jurisdiction beyond our listed price.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@uniproid.com. Cancellation Terms: • Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for unused days. • All subscription fees — monthly or annual — are non-refundable once payment is processed. • Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. • In the event of a duplicate transaction or verified payment gateway error, contact support@uniproid.com within 7 days with your Transaction ID. As a Uniproid member, you agree to: • Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information on your profile • Represent yourself honestly to other members and potential clients • Respect other members and engage professionally in all interactions • Not spam, harass, or misuse the messaging or CRM tools • Ensure you own or have rights to any content, images, or portfolio items you upload • Not use Uniproid for any unlawful, misleading, or harmful purpose • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the platform

You retain ownership of the content you post on Uniproid. By posting content, you grant Uniproid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your profile content for the purpose of operating and marketing the platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your profile content. Uniproid does not endorse or verify the specific claims made in individual profiles beyond our standard verification checks. Content that violates applicable law, is defamatory, or is misleading will be removed and may result in account termination.

All Uniproid platform design, branding, logos, software, algorithms, and functionality are the intellectual property of Uniproid / UnitechnoStack. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of our platform without prior written permission. Your profile content remains your property. We claim no ownership over the professional work you showcase on the platform.

Uniproid provides the platform as a SaaS tool for professional growth. We are not responsible for the outcomes of connections, collaborations, or client relationships formed through the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Uniproid's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your membership for: • Violation of these Terms & Conditions • Providing false information during registration or verification • Misconduct or harassment of other members • Non-payment of subscription fees • Actions that damage the Uniproid platform or community In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued. You may appeal a suspension by contacting support@uniproid.com within 14 days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English. For consumer complaints related to payment or billing, you may also escalate to Razorpay's grievance mechanism or the relevant consumer court in Gujarat.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Uniproid after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
