No-Refund Policy
All purchases on Uniproid are final and non-refundable. As a digital SaaS platform, access is granted immediately upon payment. Please review all features and pricing carefully before subscribing.

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on the Uniproid platform are final and non-refundable.
As we provide digital, subscription-based SaaS services, access to the platform is granted immediately upon successful payment. Once access is granted, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all plans — monthly, annual, and one-time setup fees.
2. No Refund on Subscriptions
Subscription fees — whether monthly or annual — are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period. We do not provide refunds for:
• Unused days or partial billing periods
• Early cancellation of an active subscription
• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use the platform or its features
• Dissatisfaction after access has been granted
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.
3. Duplicate Transactions & Technical Errors
In the case of a duplicate transaction or a verified technical payment error, users may contact our support team at support@uniproid.com within 7 days of the transaction date.
Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To raise a claim, you must provide:
• Your registered email address
• The Razorpay Order ID or Transaction ID for each charge
• A brief description of the issue
We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Refunds under this clause are issued only where a clear technical error is confirmed by our payment gateway records.
4. Before You Purchase
Users are strongly advised to:
• Review all features and plan details on our Features page before subscribing
• Read the full Terms & Conditions at /terms
• Contact us at support@uniproid.com with any questions before making a purchase
• Use the contact form at /contact to request a demo or clarification
By completing a purchase on Uniproid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage members to contact us directly at support@uniproid.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Most payment concerns can be resolved quickly by our support team.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. Accounts confirmed to have filed fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently terminated from the platform without any refund or reinstatement.
6. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at uniproid.com/refund-policy.
Continued use of the Uniproid platform after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
