No-Refund Policy

All Pulse pack purchases on Uniproid are final and non-refundable. Pulse is credited immediately upon payment. Please review our pricing and Pulse rates before purchasing.

Duplicate charges or verified payment gateway errors may be reviewed case-by-case. Contact support@uniproid.com within 7 days with your Transaction ID.

1. All Pulse Purchases Are Final

All Pulse pack purchases made on Uniproid are final and non-refundable. Pulse is a digital credit that is credited to your account immediately upon successful payment. Once Pulse has been added to your balance, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances. This applies to all Pulse packs — Starter, Basic, Popular, Pro, Business, and Enterprise.

2. No Refund on Spent Pulse

Pulse that has been spent on platform actions — including submitted proposals, received enquiries, and feature unlocks — is non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for: • Pulse spent on proposals, regardless of outcome • Pulse charged when an enquiry is received on your Offer post • Pulse spent on any other platform action • Change of mind after purchase • Failure to use purchased Pulse before it is spent • Dissatisfaction with a proposal outcome or deal result Note: Shortlisted proposals receive an automatic Pulse refund of 30 Pulse. This is a platform feature, not a manual refund process.

3. Pulse Expiry Is Not Refundable

Expired Pulse is not refundable under any circumstances. • Welcome Pulse (1,000) expires 2 months after your account is approved. You are notified of the expiry in your transaction history. • Monthly Free Pulse (100 or 200) expires at the end of each calendar month. Unused free Pulse is replaced — not carried forward — when the new month's grant is issued. Purchased Pulse never expires. Only welcome and monthly free Pulse are subject to expiry.

4. Duplicate Transactions & Technical Errors

In the case of a duplicate transaction or a verified technical payment error, you may contact our support team at support@uniproid.com within 7 days of the transaction date. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To raise a claim, you must provide: • Your registered email address • The Razorpay Order ID or Stripe Session ID for each charge • A brief description of the issue We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Refunds under this clause are issued only where a clear technical error is confirmed by our payment gateway records.

5. Before You Purchase

You are strongly advised to: • Review your current Pulse balance before purchasing — check the Credits page • Understand the Pulse rates: 30 Pulse per proposal, 20 Pulse per enquiry received • Read the full Terms & Conditions at /terms • Contact us at support@uniproid.com with any questions before making a purchase By completing a Pulse purchase on Uniproid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage members to contact us directly at support@uniproid.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Most payment concerns can be resolved quickly by our support team. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. Accounts confirmed to have filed fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently terminated from the platform without any reinstatement.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available at uniproid.com/refund-policy. Continued use of the Uniproid platform after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
